Castor suddenly felt upset at the word "freak". "No one is a freak. We all are different thats all! That's what makes us all special being different! There is no normal at all! Heck! If there wasn't for the so called "freaks" this city's crime rate would skyrocket. So don't you ever use that word!" said Castor angrily the wind picked up greatly. But, it wasn't Pollux's doing it was Castor's. Castor could hear Pollux in his mind complementing him on his achievement with "strong wind". But, suddenly Castor caught himself. He wind began to die down and slowly it became a soft touch on one’s face. “I’m sorry, I just get a bit touchy on these this. My apologies.” said Castor calmly once more.
“If you wish to know about my “friend” I suppose you have to ask him yourself.” said Castor as his eyes closed. A few minutes later the wind picked up again and it wasn’t Castor’s doing. It was Pollux’s. “Now, let’s see why should I tell you my little story? Oh, I remember my sad excuse for a partner bailed on me. Anyway, to start things off I should introduce myself. My name is Pollux formerly known as the Doppelganger. I’m pretty old considering I lived since civil war era. I remember when I gave Lincoln a scare. That was rich! Well anyway, I lived life good and great until some confounded wizard decided that I was to dangers to “stay around” So he put a curse on me. So I began an entity. You could say ghost I suppose. Anyhow, I cannot survive without a body to inhabit. It just so happened I found this boy here Castor. I guess you could say I’m a parasite. I actually like that word “Parasite”. So Long story short I inhabit and from time to time take is body like today. But, remember, It wasn’t Castor who attacked so I suggest you back off!” said Pollux. He didn’t like people attacking Castor. But, it was the “truth”.

"Erm, Prism? Aren't the Titans, just- just- freaks? Please just explain."
Prism's eyes widened in surprise. Before she reply however, the boy got upset and started to rant at Winter. The wind picked up, and Prism tensed herself, in case she would have to fight him again. The wind died down quickly though, and the boy apologized. After he had finished, Prism turned to face Winter again and calmly delivered her own response. "Some people might think of them like that, but they aren't really. Just because they have powers and live differently than the majority of the human race doesn't make them freaks. The three of us have powers. Does that make us freaks?" She hadn't actually seen Winter do anything out of the ordinary, but she had noticed that the rise and drop of the temperature in the alley had coincided with the girl's temper. Besides, what teenage girl had a name like Winter? That was no more her real name than Prism was Keira's. She returned her attention to the boy when he began to talk again, apparently having decided to explain himself better than he previously had.
"Now, let’s see why should I tell you my little story? Oh, I remember my sad excuse for a partner bailed on me. Anyway, to start things off I should introduce myself. My name is Pollux formerly known as the Doppelganger. I’m pretty old considering I lived since Civil War era. I remember when I gave Lincoln a scare. That was rich! Well anyway, I lived life good and great until some confounded wizard decided that I was to dangers to “stay around” So he put a curse on me. So I became an entity. You could say ghost I suppose. So long story short I inhabit and from time to time take his body like today. But, remember, it wasn’t Castor who attacked so I suggest you back off!”
Prism listened quietly as Pollux spoke, and when he was done she glared at him, hoping the nicer half, Castor, wouldn't take it personally. "So basically what you're telling me is you're some kind of spirit who's a couple hundred years old, inhabiting the body of some teenage boy, and from the sound and look of it, you have a taste for unnecessary violence." She thought about that for a minute. So far it seemed like Pollux was a bully more than anything else, granted one who was capable of doing severe damage to both people and the city. Although it seemed like half the time Castor was in control. Relaxing a bit, she directed a question at him, hoping Castor would answer. She was more likely to get the truth out of him. "So, do you get your power from Pollux, or is it the other way around?" She noticed that Winter hadn't replied to her inistence on healing her abrasions. She decided to leave it alone for now. There was no garuntee that Pollux was going to remain civil, and she usually kept to healing once she was sure there would be o more fighting for a while. It drained her life force, which replenished slowly, so it generally wasn't a good idea to use it in the middle of a battle. As an afterthought, she added, "And by the way Pollux, I wasn't saying it was Castor who attacked, I just wanted one of you to set the record straight. Now that I know it was your fault, you're the one I'm mad at, not Castor. I don't feel like kicking his butt."

Winter was shocked, both by Castor's outburst at her words and Prisms rather more relaxed response. She backed away slightly, her eyes slightly wider than normal as she looked at 'Castor'.
So long story short I inhabit and from time to time take his body like today. But, remember, it wasn’t Castor who attacked so I suggest you back off!”
Like Prism she listened intently to what 'Pollux' had to say. A look of mingled horror and disgust found its way onto her abnormally pale features and she stared at Pollux, shocked. After shooting a sideways glance at Prism she noticed that the light wielding girl seemed to be more angry than anything else. This made Winter even more nervous, but she tried to keep herself under control. 'I have some questions to ask myself, I just hope that their not too mad at the freak comment. I really do regret saying that.' Winter nodded her head to herself and took a step closer to Pollux. "So if you are what you like to call a 'parasite', then how did you attach yourself to this boy?" Winter looked at the boy, Pollux, and sighed. She rubbed her arms one last time and then crossed them over her chest. 'I hope he stays like this. Well not all evil like this, but non-violent. I don't know how to fight, so what will I do if he starts up again?' Her brain was trying desperately to keep up with the speed of her thoughts, but she was beginning to get a headache from all of this. She aimed her next comment mainly to Castor and Prism, she couldn't help but think that Pollux was a freak. Then again, if people like the Titans were freaks, so was she. "Sorry about the freak comment too. I-I should have known better."

"To tell you the truth. I'm amazed this boy lasted this long. Those powers you ask of aren't of my doing. Totally his. Mine is a bit... Well, Lets just say it doesn't work at the moment." said Pollux carelessly. Castor was resting still and that meant he would say whatever he wanted without objection. "Now, before I tell you more you promise not to mention any of this to Castor for me?" said Pollux. He wind seemed to move in a bouncing motion. Moving from one place to another.
"And by the way Pollux, I wasn't saying it was Castor who attacked, I just wanted one of you to set the record straight. Now that I know it was your fault, you're the one I'm mad at, not Castor. I don't feel like kicking his butt."
"Oh, But you can't kick my butt. The only reason I lost was because my abilities are still not in working order. By the way, How would Castor feel if he "wakes up" beaten to a pulp?" said Pollux. He likes making it so he's untouchable. Probably because it's his "nature".
"So if you are what you like to call a 'parasite', then how did you attach yourself to this boy?"
Pollux just laughed at this question for a few minutes. "Boy, are you clueless. My "Spirit" is attached to this boy. Basically, I'm inhabiting his brain." said Pollux trying to hold in his laugh.

Prism watched as Winter continued to question Pollux about his nature, and let herself relax a bit. It seemed like he was going to behave, for a while at least. She surveyed the alley where the three of them stood, examining the damage that had been done. It wasn't that bad, considering the state of some locations she had seen after a couple of teenagers with superpowers went at each other. No erupting volcanoes, no collapsing factories or decimated buildings. Just some cracked walls and a couple of depressions in the concrete at their feet. Then she looked up. Well, there is the matter of that corner of the building I sliced off. Still, no major destruction. No civilian casualties either. She was immensely relieved at that. She wouldn't exactly be a model for the earth's savior, or whatever she might be called, if she went around hurting people while doing it, even if it wasn't on purpose. Plus, her conscience wouldn't have let her forget anything like that in a hurry, if at all. Not like Luke. She shook her head before her thoughts could take her any deeper into the past, red ponytail swaying gently as she did. She just found it so hard to believe that her own brother had...once, he had lived up to his name, but something inside him had changed somehow, and then...then Endaria had been lost forever. Even if her home planet was still intact, instead of so many pieces of galactic dust, it would never be the same. It couldn't. Bringing herself back to reality, she realized Pollux was speaking again.
"To tell you the truth, I'm amazed this boy lasted this long. Those powers you ask of aren't of my doing. Totally his. Mine is a bit...well, let's just say it doesn't work at the moment. Now, before I tell you more you promise not to mention any of this to Castor for me? Oh, but you can't kick my butt. The only reason I lost was because my abilities are still not in working order. By the way, how would Castor feel if he "wakes up" beaten to a pulp?"
So, the power over wind belonged to Castor, but Pollux had his own abilities that, according to him, he couldn't use for the time being. She laughed when he mentioned her not being able to defeat him. It was nothing like what Luke's would have been, full of contempt and darkness, hardly qualifying as a laugh at all. Once it would have been like the one that came out of her own mouth, filled with genuine amusement and lightheartedness. She smiled when she had finished, and replied. "You'd be surprised." Ancient spirit or not, there were few creatures in the universe that could best a member of the Endarian royal family in combat. As far as she knew anyway. Times had changed though, and she was willing to bet that perhaps certain beings had grown more powerful over the years. Still, she doubted Pollux would be able to defeat her. She nodded, still smiling, when he mentioned Castor. "Point taken. But as long as you control yourself, we won't have to find out." She looked at him questioningly. "Won't he know about all of this anyway? If you both share the same mind, it can't be easy to hide things from him, if it's even possible." She shook her head. "Whatever. Either way, I promise."

Poor Winter, by now, had 'spaced-out'. Now she only caught snatches of the conversation that was going on between Pollux and Prism. Her brain was completely swamped, as she was new to both meeting other people with powers, and this whole situation. Confusion wracked her whole body, as she looked from Prism to Pollux as though watching a tennis match. If they inhabit the same body, that probably means they share the same mind, as Prism has assumed. Still, everyone has a sub-conscience, maybe thats how he hides things from Castor. Oh who am I kidding? I know nothing about this and I have no idea what to say or do... maybe I should just leave. But I wanna know, ugh, this is impossible. Winter rubbed her forehead as a mental spiral of thoughts thumped against her skull. "But why wouldn't you want Castor to know about this? If it is hard for you to hide stuff from him, then there can't be much he doesn't know. And in response to that clueless comment - You'd probably be right." The teen gave a rejected sigh and shook her head, allowing short strands of blond or brown hair to flick into her eyes. This was all too much. Today she was meant to be relaxing. Now she was worked up, late home, confused as heck and loosing patience, which is not something that has really happened to her before. Still she had no temper, so she wouldn't be able to shout anyway. "An ancient spirit, mythology, come on, anything. No," Demi knew a lot of the mythology books, which is where she assumed something like an ancient spirit inhabiting bodies would be, but she could think of no mention of such spirits. "So why have you not b-been mentioned in at least o-one book? Something like what you say y-you are would, u-undoubtedly, be in some book." Demi's voice was still nervous as ever, and a slight stutter was returning to it.

“It’s a bit complicated. Well our minds are complicated to be more specific. We all have our “doors” to keep things hidden. Castor’s secrets door is made of wood. Mine is made of Iron.” said Pollux with a smirk on his face. He then turned his gaze over to Winter. He didn’t “mean” to hurt her. In a sense to him he was trying to toughen her up. “In response to the lady over her, let’s just say Castor would be a bit… I don’t know. Devastated? There are something’s not “worth” mentioning more then once. I have to been mentioned in insolent brat! I am the doppelganger. Well, I was until that confounded “Witch” changed me!” said Pollux in an angry tone at the end of his comment. He was sure getting pissed of the more he thought about the “Witch”. The wind picked up again only to die out once more when Pollux remembered Castor’s sayings on self control.
In a calmer voice Pollux said “So I suppose I’m supposed to tell you my history and all. But, truth is I’m getting tired of talking. Why don’t one of you take over for a while? Let’s start with you.” Pollux had pointed towards Winter. He was quite curious about this one. He remembered back at the “fight”. He felt a small change in his environment.
